Selection into the Top 20 represents a professional commitment to Marketers 360 Degree, 360 Degree Cinema, and the Cholo Ghure Asi movement.
By accepting your position in the Top 20, all participants agree to adhere strictly to the binding rules and regulations outlined below.
Marketers 360 Degree holds the sole authority to manage, substitute, replace, or eliminate any candidate from the Top 20 at any stage of the project.
Any breach of contract, unprofessional conduct, failure to comply with schedules, or refusal to follow instructions may result in immediate disqualification and replacement without prior notice.
Participants must work with their assigned director and creative team without any hesitation, objections, or personal demands regarding script, pairing, or screen time.
Creative choices made by the designated Director and Marketers 360 Degree are final and non-negotiable.
Participants must be prepared to travel to any location across Bangladesh (including remote, hilly, or coastal regions) as required by the production team.
Schedules for call times, travel, and shooting dates must be strictly followed. Unexcused absence or delay will lead to immediate replacement.
Participants are obligated to actively participate in all marketing activities, press conferences, media interviews, TV appearances, and promotional events organized by Marketers 360 Degree.
Participants must engage with and amplify all official project campaigns, promos, and announcements across their personal social media channels as instructed by the PR team.
Participants must maintain exemplary discipline, mutual respect, and professionalism when interacting with mentors, directors, crew members, and co-actors.
Leaking unreleased project information, scripts, plot details, or behind-the-scenes footage without prior approval is strictly prohibited.
Any action, public statement, or online behavior that tarnishes the reputation of Marketers 360 Degree, Nagorik TV, or the Face of Tomorrow brand will result in legal action and immediate termination of status.
Acknowledgement: Continued participation in the project serves as full agreement to all rules listed above. Marketers 360 Degree reserves the right to modify or update these terms at any time in the interest of the project.
